WebEros

WebEros allows your staff (securely, of course) to view electoral register data and undertake some simple activities, including production of letters and viewing scanned images. The system can be used in any environment but is particularly suited to staff located in contact- or call- centres. It is accessed through your preferred web browser with interfaces to Lagan FrontLine. WebEros offers the following functionality

Access, via your web browser, to the live register database
Search by address with name search an option
Displays details of properties – including local polling station and any house notes
Displays for the property, all electors currently on the register
Displays details of any changes to an elector record – view the date an elector was added or removed from the register.
Display details of any valid absent votes, including details of the proxies
Displays details of any declarations for overseas or service voters
Option to produce rolling registration forms pre-printed with address and barcode, for automatic scanning.
Option to produce absent voter forms pre-printed with elector’s details and barcode for automatic scanning
Option to produce confirmation of registration letters
Displays any images stored against an elector or a property – for example, use it to view existing absent vote application forms or canvass forms received
