Contact Centre solution

WebEros provides read-only access of your live electoral register to other areas of your council such as the Tax Office or a Customer Call Centre.

WebEros is fully configurable and allows the election department to stay in complete control over who gets access to each part of the electoral register and what they can and can’t do.

Having recently been updated for Individual Electoral Registration (IER) to show Household Enquiry Form (HEF) response status and Elector IER status, the system is ideal for Customer Call Centres to manage day-to-day incoming enquiries, allowing your staff to focus on more complex queries.

  • Which polling station should I use?
  • Can I apply for a postal vote?
  • Am I registered to vote?
  • Have I got a postal vote?

WebEros offers great functionalities that are fully configurable, including:

  • Easily searchable by property address or name, permitting the use of wildcards where full details are not known
  • Option to flag letters that are available in our electoral registration and elections management system, Eros for printing
  • Option to allow letters to be printed straight from WebEros, reducing work for the elections office
  • Includes simple explanations that summarise complex IER terms for non-specialised staff

WebEros displays lots of useful information that can be easily viewed, including:

  • Property details, including local polling stations and property notes
  • Details on each elector registered at a property
  • Any changes made to an elector record, for example, the date that an elector was added or removed from the register
  • Valid absent votes details, including details of proxies
  • Details on overseas or service voters
  • Images that are stored against an elector or property, for example, use it to view existing absent vote application forms, or HEF returns

Please contact Idox Elections for further information on WebEros.
